Discovery Session

Session Overview

The discovery session is your opportunity to meet Caroline and learn a little more about what coaching is (and isn’t) and how it can help you achieve the things that matter to you. This is not a coaching session but it will create the foundation for your ongoing collaborative relationship.
The discovery session is also Caroline’s opportunity to learn a little more about you and what you want to achieve through coaching. This is important as Caroline will not take on clients if she does not feel that coaching is not the right choice for them or if there is not a good fit between coach and client (at this point on your life’s journey).
During the session Caroline will explain how she works and you will be able to get a sense of how her uniquely uplifting coaching style will help you, so that you will be informed enough to make a decision about coaching being the right for you (or not).
There is no pressure to book during the discovery session Caroline actually recommends you have a day or so to reflect on the session before you decide to book. Caroline will follow up with an email allowing you to respond in your own time (Unless you have booked a combined package and then you will continue straight into your next session).

Kick Start Session

Session Overview

This session gets you off to a flying start. There is always so much to cover when you begin your coaching journey and the Kick Start session gives a little more time to really explore what has been happening and how you want things to be different. Often when we have been focused on what is not working it can take a while to become clear about what it is you do want and knowing what you want is a vital part of the coaching journey. How can you make changes that feel right until you know what right is?

Course Overview

Sometimes it is the smallest things that can have the biggest impact on how we think and feel. During this course you will examine the link between your emotions and your thoughts enabling you to recognise the power you have over how you think and feel. You will be introduced to some simple yet powerful tools and techniques that will help you to gain a new positive perspective on your life. Confidence comes from within by the end of the day you will already feel more empowered and more confident about being yourself and your living your life but, you will also be taking away tools that will enable you to continue to develop your new positive perspective.

Affirm Your Life with Laughter

Course Overview

This is a fun and active 5 week program will have a dramatic impact on how you positive feel and the amount of laughter you experience in your day to day life. There is much research at the moment into the powerful effect of laughter on the body and mind. Laughter is known to be a great pain reliever as well as boosting the immune system and brain function, but most of all it makes you feel great! It is an amazing way to relieve stress and express emotions (even the negative ones) By the end of the workshop you will feel calm, refreshed and rejuvenated and by revisiting these positive behaviours over 5 weeks you will notice a distinct and shift in your wellbeing.

Association for Coaching

Course Overview

As a professional coach Co-Coaching gives you the time and opportunity to practice coaching, to try new ways of coaching or to work on something that you might want to improve. Attending a Co-coaching Forum allows you, as a coach the opportunity to practice in a safe environment and to receive feedback. Co-Coaching provides an opportunity to reflect on your coaching style, and to experience and experiment with new coaching techniques.

Build Effective, Positive Relationships

Course Overview

During this course you will be introduced to coaching skills and techniques and how to use these for your own personal development and as a tool to build effective and positive relationships at work and home. You will use coaching methods and coaching tools to develop your own confidence and skills and discover how you can utilise these same skills to support others develop theirs. You will practice effective questioning techniques that build understanding and gently encourage growth and confidence in your own and others abilities.

Course Overview

Tick…Tock… is all about learning how to make the most of the time you have, meaning less procrastination and more productivity, less time wasting and more utilisation. By applying simple time management techniques in to your day to day workload, you will find you DO have enough time!

Uniquely You!

Course Overview

Together in a supportive environment you will gain an understanding of how you’re thinking patterns impact on your emotional responses. You will be taken through simple tools that are powerful and effective at creating positive shift in how you think and feel. During this course you will gain a new positive perspective and will be shown simple techniques that can move you away from old negative thinking habits toward new empowering habits of thought. The course is over 2 days with a break in-between as this allows you to implement some of your new learning and feedback before building on this once more to enable you to truly embed the learning.
